Inspire and the Brain & Mind Research Institute are serious about understanding the mental health and wellbeing of young people in Australia. This survey forms part of improving that understanding! We are committed to asking, hearing and responding to your views.

So, this survey will ask you a bunch of questions about how you use different technology, the things you do in tough times and some general mental health questions. We are trying to understand why young men do not seek help like young women.  This is why we are focusing on young men’s use of technology, help seeking and experiences of stigma. We are not excluding young women and want to hear from you as well. So please complete this survey. The survey is anonymous and we’ll be looking at the responses of the whole group –not individuals.  It should take you about 15 minutes to complete.

Please be honest – there are no right or wrong answers! And please make sure you fill in the whole survey – your help with this will ensure that Inspire and the Brain & Mind Research Institute are delivering the best possible services and youth participation opportunities!  If you have any concerns answering these questions or become distressed, please contact Alex Aiken (aaiken@med.usyd.edu.au).
